Morning Mozz, I'll be amazed if the fault is in the BECM
If it's a leaky airbag causing the problem, one corner will drop more than the others, since the open tailgate will freeze the ECU. Solution is simple - replace the relevant air bag
If it lowers evenly, then that points to a problem in the valve block.
If it doesn't lower, then the problem likely lies with the ECU.

As I said before Mozz, transfer motor switch timing or transfer box ECU or possibly wiring. It is also possible the BECM could do it, but it's more likely that it's getting a signal to tell it to display the message.hi keith come on then enlighten me cos ive had enough of the problems I have had over last 2 months im considering selling it !!!!!!!! what do you think it is ?????????? Sounds normal to me as long as it was sitting level.
