well susted out the farther inlaws system all working now just no sound looks like the water/damp and killed the amp any supplier sugestions prices etc as I know it aint going too be cheep to buy and fit

Check all the connectors first, missing pins and very small lines of corrosion with stop it working.
There are places that will fix the amps I believe, there is a place in Holland and another one I seem to remember being reported. Try a site search.

Cartronics in West Byfleet is worth a go - they mainly do the BM54 units, but I assume they do all the other BMW based audio gear too....
