Anyone any idea where's a good place near Bradford west yorks to get some ali sheet 2mm for repairing seat box, battery tray?

I thought the battery box was steel? Would it not be better to use the same material?
Or am I being thick again :eek:
 
So did I!! checked with a magnet today and it only stuck to one part of it, the back bit that's facing the rear axle which is the bit that's badly corroded? must of been patched up with some mild steel.

Maybe its to rusty for a magnet to stick :p :behindsofa:

Thornton Road is where I was thinking... :)

I used to collect and deliver to quite a few welding ships and stock holders round . bratford.

Have you tried aalco for your sheet 0113 2763300. As for learning to weld, where abouts in Bradford are you I could give you a hand
