I thought about getting some magnetic signs made, but

I have a plumbing and heating business and have a van that's sign written,

I have someone working for me at the moment but he has to share a car with the wife, I was going to give home my defender to use for a few weeks I would like it sign written, I like the idea of magnetic as its easy to pass from van to van on a tempory bases,
The problem Been a defender ain't magnetic

Any other solutions?

Some cheap tin sheet on the inner side of the landy panel should do the trick - depends on how strong the magnetic signs are!

I'd give him my van as that's playing up if you seen one of my other post, just the stuff I need to fit in needs a full size van.


As fit the tin ill give it a try with some small magnets, although will have to be careful it don't blow off with the super fast speeds of these defenders,

I bought a bit of steel plate 1 mm thick and riveted it on - works a treat

Mate of mine has thoses magnetic signs on his 110 Puma, sticks them on the doors no problem

yeah that's because the new Puma's are created in a vacuum-like state, devoid of the character that previous landies from solihull had when they were built. Because of this, the signs will stick just like a newspaper sticks to the dyson when it strays too close....:lol::lol:

Or it could be that the puma has steel doors....
