has anyone successfully refitted these themselves? . Are all of them the same size?
we've tried and tried but the damn things pop out or fall inside the vehicle.
with 3 of us working on it (200 years combined age and much vehicle experience) and we are all thoroughly pi$$ed off with the whole shebang!

Fit the rubber to the roof. From the outside slide the glass in as best you can. I use a plastic scraper about 40mm wide....from the inside push the seal over the glass while holding the glass in, once in give it a thump in to settle it in then fit the bead with a bead tool. Takes about 10 minutes a side. Thats on a station wagon with rear doors....be a bit more tricky by yourself without long arms
