I have all comms version 1, I see version 2 is now available. Does anyone know if you can upgrade to version 2? Or do you have to buy it again? I thought all upgrades were going to be free?

It's a free software download, it does require you to delete V1 though.
Check out www.rswsolutions.com for details.
Lots of improvements.
 
Storey should have sent you a DL link for V2....

I have it, send him an email he should respond fairly quickly.

Would i be correct in thinking mine auto updated itself as i didn't get an email and when i check for updates it says i have the latest version which is 2.0.0.19.
I didn't remove the first version or anything

That is the latest version....and i still have the first version installed too....

It certainly didn't auto update on ours. When checked it also said Allcoms was up to date, but actually it was the old version that was up to date, it was quite confusing with the version numbers.
We had to download from a link provided by Storey.
there are huge differences between V1 & V2.

hmm that's interesting whats the most obvious thing i could check to see what version i have as in the different features?
 
This is my screen shots showing the version number, the cable wasnt connected hence the errors, what do you think ?

strange how storey emailed some people and not others, maybe he knew which ones hadnt auto updated, after all he is about as clever as you get.
he may have used the force...

We found that too although Storey does say delete. I deleted V1 to be sure there would be no problems with future automatic updates.
