A good place to start would be under the front seats check all connections to the seat belt pretensioners but realy needs to go on a diagnostics machine
Yes definatly possible check the wires are all connected you can also unplug the connectors (with ignition off) check the terminals inside and refit this is quite a common problem with a lot of cars as people sit in the back and put there feet under the seats
