Can anyone tell me where the air temp sensor is positioned an a 1999 autobiography 4.6 v8 please?
It's NOT the MAF sensor I need btw - I know where that is.

you mean for hvac? then it is under wiper scuttle panel on later models or early models behind front grill.


(If I'm posting a dumb reply it's because I have driven the best part of 840 miles in 24 hours)

HI,

Sorry, but what is the hvac?

I have a little gadget that I need to fit which bypasses the air temp sensor and that's all I know....

Groan an ebay tuning resistor-****e and a waste of time

For v8's tornado tuning chips or for diesels a psi tuning box
The HVAC is heating and air conditioning control

Still kicking myself because had the chance to buy a Tornado chip for 200 pounds but I didn't know what it was so let it go and later learned that it's worth 700!
