I have just finished changing the nearside front airbag on the Nag, and followed the excellent howto guide on this site.
As always is the case nothing goes to plan, the bottom clip/spring was seized in and you can't get at it to hammer is through, no amount of pulling, levering etc would move it.
I finally found I could get a chisel into the gap and was able to shear the clip each side of the protrusion on the bottom of the air spring, so releasing it from the wheel hub.
I improvised a new clip from a length of wire coat hanger, which seems to have done the job.
Hopefully if any forum member is caught in the same predicament in the future this will hopefully save some scratching of the head.
