Question .. Do I have an ACE system fitted to my 2004 Disco ?

I have looked at the handbook and it shows a drawing of the PAS and ACE filler ( page 177/178 in the handbook ).

It shows two filler caps but one filler bottle. Now is the filler bottle connected ? or is it split i.e two separate compartments in the one bottle.

I have checked under my bonnet and can see one bottle marked PAS but there is only one filler cap.

hi, you could look on the chassis rail beneath the drivers seat. you would see a metal box with some metal pipes coming out from either side.

Sounds like you don't have ACE, all the ACE-equipped cars I've seen have a header tank with two caps.

Dirty great big ram in the drivers front wheel well tells you from the outside.

Under the bonnet twin caps ACE is the rearward one, there is also an ACE pump on the AUX belt that is rather large.
