It's probably been asked before but has anyone here ever managed to salvage a second hand rear ABS sensor from a TD4 without breaking it in two? I have already bought a second hand front hub complete with sensor but on checking on a Launch X431 it is now telling me the rear left is away too. They are £125 each new - eek!

they are cheaper on egay, and if you search i am sure there are some corresponding wabco numbers who are the makers of them, also martins landies at dundee quite often has these at bargain prices.

Just emailed Martin's who can get one for £140 plus VAT (so can I from Stratstone). Someone else on ebay doing them for £50 each so we'll see how it goes.

Wabco part number should be 4410328530 for chassis numbers 1A000000 to 1A999999. This has a two pin plug.
