Screwdriver used as a lever under sensor and little pressure out she comes. The bushing will be left behind and should be replaced along with new ABS sensor

I had to carefully drill mine out....

Drill round the edges carefully, then using a screw driver, collapse the sensor into itself and yank out....took a while, but worked.

I think that is going to be next try. I have nothing left on top to grab hold of now.
What a pig!
Would taking take hub apart be easier?

Thanks gents .... Given up for the night. Will give it another crack in the morning. Trip to Halfords and B&Q first to see if i can find some kind of drill piece that might be made for the job. Long shot i know but an excuse to get some more tools!

A soak with Plus Gas (NOT WD40.) wait for it to act, then a clip round it and twist loose with a set of grips. keep twisting back and forth applying Plus Gas as required til it comes out. Piece of pee.

Thanks Wammers - good tip if i need to do another. Wish i knew about that before i hacked the exposed bit off. Looked up the plus gas - looks good stuff for lots of applications. Off to buy some on ebay, cheers!
