test drove my 1st ever p38 today when i 1st got in to in and started it up the airbag light was on after i had drove away it went off,recycled the ignition after road test and it did the same is this normal,like a sort of systems check?

please someone i need to know before i buy?

I assume you mean the ABS light and not the airbag light. Yes, it is normal for the ABS light to stay on until the vehicle has reached 5mph and then it goes off. It will do this everytime you start the vehicle.

I got caught out with the same thing when I went to first buy my P38 and asked exactly the same question so don't worry too much about asking.

Just make sure if you have any queries you ask the seller or here about them first, there are plenty of P38's out there, both good and bad, another one will always come along, dont let your heart rule your head!
