my dads dhse had all the above faults..
traction fault
abs fault
no cruise control
no brake lights!

after a bit of searching on here and other places lol
we found the problem to be the BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH?
i removed the switch and cleaned the contacts and hey presto!
no more faults and cruise control works too...i would never of thought that the brake light switch could cause all that! there is an upgrade switch and loom from LR that is going to replace this now..very cheap fix!
i wonder how much a garage would of charged to find that after plugging in etc?

I've got h/brake & ABS warning lights on : brakes are fine. Where is the brake light switch just in case that's my prob.

Having a prob getting dinged front wing off.
can't get access to bottom bolt. seems to be covered by rubbing strip which runs fu;ll length.
Any experience with this ?
