Just taken the manifold off Dora (300tdi_Disco) and after lots of swearing, bleeding and hammering, i finally took a power saw to the cat  ( being replaced):) managed to get one nut off (cat to manifold) as a comparison, and (gently) hammered the turbo free  after melting 3 out of 4 bolts (trusty oxy) BUT..... where can i get replacement's from? been around spares and parts dealers, no joy, even been to a few engineering places, but the can only offer cheap, make do items. sooo..... Anyone know where i can purchase 4 bolts for the turbo to manifold, and 3 nuts for the cat bypass, to the manifold?:confused::confused:

Will have a look at mine tomorrow, think they are 'K' nuts possibly,
we use them for race wheel nuts in karting, mucho expensive, should be available from the likes of demon tweeks, etc......

Will update tomorrow once I've checked mine.

well, i've checked a few sites on tinterweb, i "THINK" i found the correct ones, but they come in pack's of 100 and not even sure if they are the correct ones. plus....100? thats serious overkill!

No, by the time i finished messing about locally it was getting late. LANDY dealer is first port of call tomorrow. but thought i'd ask incase anyone knew of a cheap place for them on tinterweb?

there only ordinary flange nuts, why remove turbo nuts, you only need to replace cat with 90/110 non cat down pipe ,turbo nuts are 8mm steel lock nuts instead of nylon lock nuts

removed the turbo BOLTS so i could remove the turbo.... changing the manifold. and i have the nuts and bolts now. cheap as chips from local builders merchant.
