Moved house on Sunday. Got a garage for the first time in about three years. In fact a garage and a separate workshop. Mrs doesn't quite understand my delirium. 90 will be dry, and I can spend half the year in there fiddling about with stuff, I said.
It's not gone down wholly well...:D

At least the landy is happy we had a boiler in ours so was nice and warm kept the landy dry!

Landy is what counts. We've had some nice conversations about the new garage (like a lot of bikers, I think talking to your vehicle is important, like Prince Charles and plants).

I could not be without my garage it's 180 square metres on the ground floor and 60 square metres on the mezzanine level. When my wife and I were planning the garage it was her who kept saying we are not building another so get it right, make it as big as you could possibly want. Even when I showed her the plans she said are you sure it's big enough.

Great wife!

Last time we moved my wife saw a house with a garage attached, I saw a garage with a house attached. Not that the Landy can fit in though, it's full of other toys.

Should be a good Christmas for you sorting everything out in there!

My wife, after picking the new winch motor up when it arrived this morning, (BIG shout to Goodwinch, feckin' awesome service!!) took it to the shed for me, locked it up, then hid the keys. I can have them back, apparently, in the two days between christmas and new year when we're not actually visiting anyone ... or someone's not visiting us.

Hate christmas ... :)

I have a nice big workshop... dry (as long as it's not raining)... but no chance of getting the vehicle to it! Drives me mental sometimes! So tantalising!
