Replaced A frame ball joint today on my disco 1 bit of a bugger to get apart, then the problem of putting the new ball joint into the carrier,
Tried pressing it in to no avail.
Is there an easy way to fit these pigs!!!!!!!!!

a big socket that fits over the ball and an even bigger hammer and a vice

the rest is down to brute force

it helps if you clean the hole its going in to and a light oiling.
