Crikey, just realized I hadn't posted here.
Hellloooooo from sunny Belfast.
I've suffered from Landroveritis for about 20 years. Started with a Stage One V8 which was a blast. Changed to 2.25 SWB for economy - which was a complete waste of time. Rebuilt the 2.25 on a galv chassis including a gearbox rebuild.
Replaced it with a 1990 200tdi, which I sold in 2009 as I thought the axles were about to rust through. My mates still driving it. A couple of years ago I bought a lovely original 1985 2.5 NA. Sadly at the mo it's a bit poorly, as I let some chimps change the injection pump and it hasn't been right since. Hopefully this time next month all will be well.....
