Hi all newbe here so here it goes, I have a 87 RRC the speedo has never been happy so I have one from a 91 RRC, is it poss to fit the 91 to my 87 what will I need to make this work. thanks all. ps sorry for the spelling.

Which bits do you want to change ? is it the speedo head or the complete binicle assembly ?

Don't think so as the '87 is cable driven whereas the later speedo's were electronic. No doubt others more knowledgeable than me will post.

If poss the complete binicle assembly, I no one is cable and later speedo's were electronic but just thought could it be done.

the instrment clusters are different and the 91 has a short cable to a speed transducer by the transmission..i dont know if it can be done ...anything is possable if your stuborn enough...you would probably have to do a bunch of rewireing and have a 91 rover for parts..
and excuse my spelling too.. you may just need a cable..
