Hi people,

My steering has been getting intermittently heavier for at least a couple of months now, sometimes it feels heavy in a bend then il yank the steering wheel a bit and it sort of 'frees up' if you know what I mean.

Anyway as of yesterday it has got permanently heavy. Plenty of fluid in there, no leaks from the box, so any ideas what the problem could be?

well someone advised me to replace the bottom uj on the steering column which i did (actually i got a whole new column) and it fixed it up beautifully. i now have light steering again! and all for $150, cheap enough for me
