Hello to all of you out there who know a whole lot more about Landrovers..
I'm new to this forum and have just bought a 1986 Land Rover County which has had a complete rebuild from the chassis upwards.Engine is a 200tdi.I need to learn fast about how to look after it properly and so I'm asking you for help.First on the list are rattling rear (side) windows.can you advise please?

Thankyou Geoff...
Have you nay tips for my rear side window problem.I'm not an engineer and having read a few posts about how difficult it is to take out/adjust theses windows I'm thinking that it's going to cost me big time to ask and "expert" to fix...

Easy.
Flat head screwdriver pop off the external trim.
Drill out 28 rivets on each side
Window comes out
Use Garrison kit about £120 for both sides, replaces the LR seal with a far better one.
New rivets and install.

Obviously paraphrased but thats the jist

Or do the same and replace with Masai windows.
