Newbie looking for plans to make some interior panels for my 90 similar to the TGE panels that I have seen for sale. Or with the ridiculous price of wood these days are the TGE ones a good buy.

fook some thin ply board or card board some upholstery foam and material and do a tuck and roll or diamond pleat cheap as chips to do. You can sew it with your moms machine

I made some using 6mm ply, covering with camping matting for insulation and then covering that with black pvc which I stapled on the back as sewing would lead to injury. If its cut right it stays in place quite well but I used a couple of sticky pads to help.

i used 6mm ply, covered with acoustic carpet, insulated the panels with camping roll matts held on with polyurethane sealant, drilled a hole for the seatbelt top mount and stuck a couple of pieces of timber on to the panels so i could screw the ply tight against, i also have 2 speakers each side at the rear
