I've got a nice clonk every time I change gear, so I'm going to start attacking the UJs on the prop shafts. Anyone got any good advice? I'm going to get the GKN UJs from Cheviot 4x4.

get 2 sockets one big enough to allow the spider to fit inside it the other just small enoughto fit inside the hole in the prop. and a big vice/G clamp or hammer.

UJs don't clonk in my experience.
A Frame ball joints do though.

yeah it's when the clutch engages and the prop shafts first turn, it clonks as they take up the torque.

yu sure it aint the gbox-tbox gear - they are prone to wearing.
