Sorry, I should have explained - they are both crap...The horrible BMW 6 is better than the unreliable V8

That didn't work for my last bird!
The V8 I had (3.9i) was a wonder at converting fuel into heat and noise.. and some power was produced along the way
You get power from yours? Must be nice. So far mine can be out dragged by a Morris Minor.
It was also the best kettle I've ever owned
On the plus side, when it does boil water you can make a brew while waiting for a flatbed.

Oh yeah I outstripped a racy yobbish teenager while towing a boat once which was fun
But the distributor broke 3 times, HG was shot, the cooling system was very shoddy, and it drank fuel... hence it had to go...

Ha ha - you guys should try running a GT4. Fast when they work and very very good at quickly reducing all your avaiable cash into very very small amounts
