Read every forum, followed every thread. Just cooked my P38 for the umpteenth time. Changed head gaskets, thermostat, radiator and water pump. I only need to whistle..................... and the rad jumps straight out.
Question. Could it be a slipped liner? How would I know? No oil in water or vice versa!

slipped linner or crack in the block do a gas test on your water, it will tell you a new block is needed..

Have you bled it correctly or it could be a blocked bleed pipe if not then yes block is fav sorry to say
