4.6; 14-16 on local roads, 22 on a run. Nice to read about other experiences. Was tempted to go for 2.5DSE but I'm glad I didn't. With a tight recon engine and a new full exhaust system the sound is worth the price, especially booting it, it's more like an F1 car sound!! But I have to admit, at low speed it just does not rumble as nice as my old 1978 3.5 with a Janspeed on. When passing under a bridge that thing could shake the mortar out of the bricks

Have recently bought a cheap smaller car for zipping to and from work, which does about 31mpg, thus halving the fuel bill for a start. A Mk3 Golf for 600 quid and it does the job, but although it's only a couple of years older that the RR it's quite rusty (none on RR) and the gearbox is on its way out....
I don't think the RR likes being parked next to it, you can just tell
