Didnt wanna post this in the range rover section for fear of it being lost in the endless posts about p38's :doh:
Had a customer come to me with a 2 door rangie classic asking if i would put a tdi into it. I have a scrapper 300tdi auto disco in the yard i was planning on using that engine for the conversion, But........ the customer wants a manual gearbox
i know i would have to replace the flywheel but i was wondering if there is any way of retaining the injector pump and injectors by wiring the edc system in.
Has anyone done this or have any knowledge of it?
