Hi have just put a 300tdi in my 90 and was all going well apart from the power steering pipes. I sleeved the high pressure pipe and tig welded it and it worked for about 2 weeks before it started weeping from the weld. Is there a pipe off the shelf i can buy that go's from a 300tdi pump to the original (6 bolt i think there called) steering box. Are the threads the same on the 6 bolt and 4 bolt box's if so could i was thinking this would work (part number) ANR2135. Thanks for any info or help

Not sure if one off the shelf to fit but give pirtek or a similar company a call should make one up for you for not a lot of money.

Try the local hydraulic places first. I found a good 'while you wait' one around Gateshead and it wasn't too pricey.

Take it in, they'll cleanup and reuse the ends if they aren't standard and crimp new gubbins on.
