We've got a stock 300tdi disco.

The plastic ends on the front bumper are hanging off, where they wrap around the side of the wing, toward the wheel.

Its not a huge issue, but it makes the front of the vehicle look tatty.

I dont need a winch, but a winch, or tubular bumper would sort it...

OR

I'm thinking some bits welded on the ends of the stock bumper, to replace the plastic bits, and 'finish' the lower edge of the wing neatly.

I'm sure i cant be the first to think of this, but google searches just bring up commercial options - anyone spotted a diy solution using the original bumper?

I cut the lower portion off and just bolted them up ..

At the back I removed the plastic and welded the ends ..
