off hand i think a decent slave is 15 quid and master about 30 - 40 quid, both fairly easy jobs, when used with LZ and haynes manual
2 man job though as you will have to bleed the clutch after.
the change is a piece of p1ss single handed the bleeding on the other hand is a pig of a job single handed even using an easibleed, get a mate to pop round when done or commandeer the Doris to pump the pedal for a while, it only takes 10 mins to bleed up once fitted.
total job time should be less than an hour, be careful when removing the slave as the push rod needs to stay in the bell housing.

Good luck, and as discopol said be careful on the rod as it's held in by a plastic Clip that can come off causing hassle!
Any problems or questions ask
Little tip with the master cylinder, it can be a pig to get the pin that connects the pedal to the rod on the cylinder aligned and back in once taken out, I stuck it to a length of solid wire or old style coat hanger etc.. To help as space is tight, ull see what I mean when you do it.
