Mine has shoulders on the tensioner (based on the VIN) If it turns out to be moded I will put a bid on your unused tensioner:D:D

I fitted the whole kit regardless as the old tensioner was showing signs of wear in the bearing.

No luck with the roof leak yet, its baffling and poits to the gutter but i dont know if it can leak from there or not???

Or how to seal it?

I think you are on the right lines. I am sure that there was a technical bulletin about leaks where the gutter meets the roof and that someone posted it on here once. May be some searching will find it!
 
Ok, i'll start trawling...

I guess i could run a line of masking tape along the roof down near the gutter then give it a good seeing to with sealant, i dont want the gunk showing above the gutter.
