afternoon guys quick question

currently got 300 tdi rear diff with 3 bolt flange and new diff has 4 bolt flange can i swap flanges straight over?

Yes, if going 4 bolt to 3 bolt you will need to loose the spacer though behind the 4 bolt flange.

is that all I do? how do i go about getting the 3 bolt flange off because i can't see how it undoes?

slide hammer with 8mm thread to screw into end of the spigot
