I must pull off my dizzy vac hose and see what is what when the engine is running, that will be a first.:)

Done it today and there's no change in tickover still stayed at 700rpm also there was no vac suction from the plenum vac nipple. :D
 
I've managed to sort mine now mate, I'm talking about change with a tachometer or a timing light on, you probably wouldn't Notice with no apparatus connected, anyway turned out not to be a leak but a blockage..... Done now so all good, only thing is it now magnifys other fault!! Doh!
