On our D2 I use them for off road competition. When I had medium rate front springs and only a 1 inch lift they were always banging into the front wing arch lips & outer edges of the wheel arch liners either at full articulation or full lock & less articulation. Finally solved with heavy duty springs & 1.5 inch lift.
They also rub the separate lower front section of the inner wheel arch liner & front bumper (pre- face-lift) until the wheel arch liners were cut down & tied forwards .
Remember, they are 2 inches larger diameter.
Steering lock was significantly reduced unless 25mm spacers or increased offset modular wheels are used.
At the rear, they're fine at 1 inch lift, would imagine they're inside the wheel arch at full articulation without any lift based minimal clearance with 1 inch lift.
