Hello.
Over time both of my 12v power sockets have given up the ghost so I've got two new ones. The issue I have is I can't for the life of me remove the old ones!
Can someone explain how to do this please.

Also in the centre console there is a plate that the 12v socket and usb are in - does anyone know what that plate is called as in my effort to release the power socket I've snapped it!!!!!!
