Hello everyone. I've recently bought a g reg 90 with a disco 200tdi conversion. All the coolent hoses look past there best. Have found numerous kits forsale to replace them. Any recommendations on what kit to buy? Many thanks chris

Hello mate I've got the same as you, g reg 200 tdi conversion.
I bought a set off eBay with a steel pipe that had a 60degree at one end, and then a couple of silicone pipes to go from turbo to intercooler. The rest I've just got standard pipes.
My set up seems to have treated me well. Most important thing when looking at these kits would be the bit that comes straight out the turbo, as it's tight up against wheel arch. I'll see if I can find the kit I bought and post a link... had it on for about a year with no troubles.

Found it!
It's only the bottom pipe work, but there are kits with this bit and the rest of the pipes if you want a full set.

The more metal pipe work the better, as they don't expand, and rub. hope this helps!

Oops. I read your post and assumed you meant Intercooler etc... Do you mean oil coolant? Or water coolant?

Thanks for reply but yes more water pipes. Boost pipes can wait for now but are on the to do list!!

What air filter are you running? You got any pics of your boost pipes and air cleaner. Mine look wedged in at a funny angle. Thanks Chris

Just a piper cross one, jammed in the lefthand wing, connected straight to the standard pipe connected to the turbo. I'll get a picture when I get home. I don't intend on leaving it like that, need to get my snorkel sorted!

I'd also like to hear from anyone that can source a bottom water pipe for said conversion. I bought mine already fitted with the 200tdi and the pipe thats on it just now looks like frankenstein made it.

I fitted the air box in a different spot.






The picture quality aint the best but you can see what I've done.
