Friend has a 200tdi disco engine in his 90. the turbo and fuel pump are tweaked, it has a full width intercooler and a straight through exhaust. What type of power output would he roughly been making

Well stock they are around 110bhp ,depending on what engine you have.

People say the turbo and pump tweak gives around +25, and a full width intercooler gives (so im told) about 15/20% more.

So, 110 + 25 x 1.2, is about 162.
As a rough approximation.

No problem! If he ever gets is dyno'd ill be very interested to see what it says, am thinking of doing the same mods to mine soon.

Yer, If he does ill post it up. ive just brought a 200tdi 90, pick it up saturday and hes doing the same to mine. Just got to sell my old 90 now
