Shame you're on the newer model, as I have a brand new alternator ,taking up space, I could've done you a deal on

Battery is dead again... Going to get a new one today from Halfords, this seems to be the best they do for the RR

As for actually changing it... Read up a bit but just want to double check.
Keys out, off, leave 10 mins.
Disconnect earth lead
Leave 20 minutes
Disconnect live
Fit battery
Connect
Lock to lock to reset the steering sensors
All good?

DON'T buy it yet!! Do you have a business? Could it be construed as Fleet or mechanical repairs? If so, apply in store for a Trade Card.
Then you get a pretty good discount. It used to be a massive discount, but they were making a loss, so now it is less, but still a saving.
