Hi does anyone have torque references for the engine ? Head and bottom end really ? Also the valve clearences ?

Valve clearances are 0.2 mm. Head bolts are 68lb/ft for the inner bolts and 43 for the outer according to haynes manual. What bottom end ones do you need?

Big end bolts are 38lb/ft. According to the manual.

Dont forget the ANGLE torque on the head bolts !!!!!!!!!!!!


you leave them at 68lbsft you'll blow the gasket in mins ..............

Whats the angle torque ? 60,90 ?
