probably not, but i'd replace it if it looks bad, save you grief in the future.

i can't tell how bad it is, only you can, but you did mention the filling of the tank, so i suspect that it is knackered.

go stick some clear pipe between the lift pump and fuel pickup pipe and see if you get and air in it.

Take a photo of the injector nearest the bulkhead and post it here.

The black pipe with the kink in the end hanging loose near the fuel filter is prob the leak off return pipe. If thats the case, your gonna get air locks. Show me the last injector first.

id replace sender ,by pass sedimenter before going much further

Leak-off to pump is on number1 ...

Leak-off on number4 is blanked off, one side comes from 3, other side is a solid pipe ...
