Engine was running fine in original vehicle, now it is fitted in my 90 it idles fine but won't rev properly the exhaust isn't fitted yet would that cause the problem? I am using the original normally asperated fuel filter could that also cause a problem? Can any body help?

From previous experience pal i would set it up completly ie with exhaust and ect then see if you have the same problem.
