Now ive had it lifted. Can anyone advise if i can put bigger wheels/tyres on it and if so how big? Without having to cut my arches. I think the tyres on it at the moment are 235 x 85 x 16. But wouldnt mind a bit more clearence on the diffs.
Yes. Its much better than it was. The military springs were really hard and at least one of the dampers were ****ed. Drives lovley now. I can get more speed offroad without feeling like my truck is going to shake apart!
Believe it or not I did. A friend of mine helped me fit the rear ones on the Sat and i fitted the front ones by myself on the Sunday.Would be a very easy job if the nuts on the old shocks hadnt seized!
I borrowed mine from a mate. Could do with buying one for use with the waffle boards. Well if you dont get one and cant borrow one give me a shout and ill ask my mate for his for the weekend.
