hi im just fitting a 19j 2.5 turbo into a series ,ive kept the series radiator and fitted a remote oil cooler just piping it up now and im wondering if i can still use my oil bath filter or do i need a dry filter for a turbo engine also does anyone know the alleged output hp on a 19j turbo engine cheers

They claimed 85bhp, don't know the actual figure.
Don't see why you couldn't use the oil bath, unless you're thinking the the forced aspiration will suck the oil from the filter. Can't see that personally but it's not my vehicle. The change to dry filter was more for financial rather than technical reasons.

cheers springdon ill try running it up with the oil bath first and if it does cause issues with smoke ill switch it to a dry filter
