Not sure I am on the right board but I was just wondering if anyone can help!! First my car started with a lot of pressure in the pipes, and today really overheating badly and an oil leak, could it be the head gasket or a slipped liner?!

When did you notice pressure in the pipes? What made you check it?

Sounds expensive...wheres the oil leaking from? All symptoms point to the answers you've given in your original post

doesnt sound good and thats the worst rv8 for it mate- sorry

could test for blocked rad,stuck stat ,faild cap etc but most likely bigger probs

whats the top hose like as in rock solid ? obv when engines idling at running temp,whta the water like any signs off oil in it? what dipstick oil like? watery ? take off oil filler cap and sniff it burning smell ? any signs off mayo on underside ?, wheres the oil leak from and how much a leak is it, does it only leak when you drive,or when engines at temp
