It turns and turns but will not fire up. Weak spark, little to no gas.
All the fuses are good. What should I do??

When you say "gas" do you mean "gasoline" as in what real people know as "petrol"? Or is your car converted to LPG gas?

What ignition system is in it? Electronic or breaker points?

After it was last running, has anyone been at it?

Yes, by "gas" I mean petrol. I assume it is electronic ignition since there is a bank of (4) coils. After it was running last nobody has been at it. Here's the situation:
When I started it last (a couple days ago) it ran for about 5 seconds then died. I tried it again and it just turned and turned but would not fire up. The last time this happened it was a 20amp fuse that kept blowing (fuse 3, satellite 1). I have since fixed that problem (one of the wires to the oxygen sensor on the exhaust was rubbing up against the front driveshaft and shorting out the fuse). All fuses are good now. I have taken the dash apart to check the spider unit. There is no spider unit there although there is a 10-pin plug dangling there that probably had once plugged into it. My guess is the spider unit system was modified before I got the car.
What do you think??? Could it be the green receiver box (mounted on the side -wall near the passenger floor) even though the alarm and the 2-button keychain flob work well?

Had the same problem.Check if power is getting to your feul pump at the back.In my case some of the wires running from the front to the back were worn out.
