Hey guys thanks for the posts, just had to re-load the page as many had crossed over whilst I was typing.

I do have a blink code its 2-3 but I don't have an answer as yet.
I've got another topic going already for the abs but if anyone knows the answer I'll update the other topic cos I hate them being left open.

I don't have a 2-3 code listed but would guess it is a wiring fault. I would recommend looking at the wiring connectors and earth connections by the relays and fuses by the passenger seat. Take the connectors apart, look at the relay bases (maybe check the relays all work?) and undo the earth wires, check, clean and re-assemble If I find an answer I'll let you know.

Yeah, seen that one mate along with a few others. Need to find the right list of codes......

Just been out on a dirt track and the brakes work fine and I can't spin the wheels, so I don't think there's too much wrong.

There's a fair bit of info in Rave (mine seems to be a mix of the 93 and 95 manuals), so as soon as it dries up gonna start by checking every fuse I can find, then relays sensors and so on. ABS relay does work I can hear it click and the pump fire up.

Not found much info on traction control so far but atleast I know what the warning light means now.

Thanks for your advice and help guys, I'll update if and when I find the solution.

TC only works on rear wheels, would be surprised if you could provoke it as the viscous coupling would be likely to kick in first so TC not needed. Also, you need to get differential wheel spin across the rear axle, on a dirt track would think unlikely unless very wet and slippery and you boot it on full lock or something.
