Standard modular wheels in 15x10 trim come with a 32mm offset. Whilst there are few sizes (Rolling Diameter) available the norm seems to be what I have which are 33x12.5x15's. Tyre manufacturer is as much about your pocket as it is about performance and what you use the vehicle for. However bare in mind that some tyres are directional and therefore your spare needs to be a different type to service both sides of the vehicle.
I personally went for a non directional tyre and choose an MT as I do most of my driving in her off road.
Fitting 33" tyres will need arch trimming and either a body lift OR suspension lift. Again there are many choices and reasons for them both but if you are happy with the handling of your motor and just want to add a bit of clearance under the diff and a more meaningfull stance, then big tyres and a bodylift are the cheapest and easiest ways forward.
Hope this helps - Good Luck
