I have come across a 2011 130 that was fire damaged. My Td5 chassis has seen better days, could the 2011 chassis be made to work with my current 2000mdl Td5 as a replacement chassis?

Probably but it would then have the identity of the 2011 vehicle so you would need to check what write off category it was and if it can be put back on the road. The ID moves wit the chassis not the rest of the vehicle. (engine/gearbox mounts would need to me moved to take a td5 engine and R380 box at the very least)
