hi all just a bit of advice i have a 1988 v8 110 and it needs a diesel putting in it now 200 or 300 tdi?. will the 200/300 marry up to my original box or is there a conversion plate or is there a kit out there i can buy to make life easier. However i have just acquired a low miles disco 200tdi with the dreaded cancer ripe as a donner car. has any one out there done this conversion out there if so can you advise me it would be much appreciated all the est to you all rich

Change it the lot.My you will have to sort engine mounts.I can get em for ya.
The disco 5 speed box and 1.222 transfer box are ideal for 30mpg ish..
You will need 2.5n/a engine mounts for a 200tdi or reweld the chassis for 300 i hink.
