Good day all, as title states i am looking to fit a 110 hi cap tub to a 109, currently using my 109 FFR as a work truck but would like that bit more room.
My current is to good to modify so would buy a rough but ready one and modify that.

Oh by the way the reason i don't just buy a 110 and be done with it is insurance for business use especially carriage use is astronomical!

Didnt they make 109 hi-caps? might be worth hunting for a tub off one of them (if you can find one)

Of course, with a good bit of choppin n grindin. You'll need to make a new seat bulkhead part for the doors to shut against and truck cab to sit on but quite doable I think.

Yes but they are very very rare i have only ever seen one, twas on eBay with a galvanized chassis but no MoT and sold for i think about £600
I was gutted.
And if i found one it would be a shame to molest it.
Yeah Rattlegun thats the attitude. I think it will either be that or mame my own wooden dropside buck

110 wont fit 109 but feel free.....


Clues in the length that and the strikers will be different on the doors

Yeah was just a thought, i havent been under a 90/110 in a LONG time and i dont think iv ever taken a buck off so dont know how they bolt to the chassis.
But have decided to make my own wooden dropside anyway and then can fit a greedy cage.
